CASE STUDY | PRESS LAUNCH
Marina Licht, former editor of Cosmopolitan bride, needed help her launch her stylish wedding blog Style & The Bride.
Style & The Bride is aimed at the fashion-forward bride-to-be who is newly engaged and eager to navigating the world of weddings and discover stylish, trendy and inspirational ideas from leading wedding industry professionals to bring her dream wedding to life.
Marina was keen to host a luxurious, contemporary and classy launch party in a prime location in Central London. The aim of the event was to officially launch her new stylish wedding blog, championing the best of the wedding industry. Guests included key wedding industry professionals as well as press.
HOW THE EVENT WAS BROUGHT TO LIFE:
A bride-to-be is likely to read luxe wedding blog, “Style & The Bride”, from the comfort of her home using a portable device, with the intention of being transported and immersed into a luxurious and stylish e-environment of wedding inspiration.
With that in mind, a feminine, chic and sumptuous living room in the Style & The Bride brand colours of pink, black and white was created, and discrete high-tech internet functionalities were installed amongst the interior design.
Guests sat on gorgeous sofas and armchairs around a custom-built coffee table engraved with Style & The Bride branding with in-built iPads so that they could navigate the brand new Style & The Bride blog from the comfort of their seats. The styled living room also had a plasma TV screen which streamed video footage from Style & The Bride's exciting new Television Channel.
Guests enjoyed pretty cocktails with delicious canapés and a decadent dessert station in the “outdoor garden”, which we installed on the venue’s picturesque terrace, overlooking the Thames.
With the power and influence of social media, a hashtag was used for guests to share their experience (#SATBRIDE).
The event oozed style – from the handsome event staff to the impeccable furnishings; the stylish catering to the exquisite mantelpiece boasting an abundance of cascading pink flowers.
