STEWART PARVIN 2015 BRIDAL COLLECTION
Stewart Parvin, one of the UK's premier fashion designers, has launched his 2015 bridal collection - perfect for the bride that loves romantic textures and delicate detail.
We were delighted to attend the exclusive viewing at his Bridal Boutique on Beauchamp Place on 4th April. The 2015 bridal collection builds on Stewart Parvin's signature tailoring, structured and understated gowns, moving onto soft and fluid designs reminiscent of the beauty and grace of prima ballerinas. This feminine and stylish collection boasts ruched bodices, delicate Chantilly lace and elegant beading.
The collection of fifteen dresses is a journey from full chiffon skirts to grand gowns fit for a cathedral wedding.
"Inspired by the poise and delicacy of Margot Fonteyn, Martha Graham and Alicia Markova, this collection gave me the opportunity to explore a new facet of who I am as a designer. While the 2015 bridal collection is a bit of a departure from my signature aesthetic, which is classic and sophisticated with a highly structured tailored loo, it is still very much indicative of my design style and what I am exploring this season. Quality of materials, fit and construction are always of paramount importance to my collections. This is a soft and romantic collection but it is still very diverse. There is something in there to suit many different brides, appeal to different tastes and to complement different shapes." -- Stewart Parvin
The collection is available to view in Stewart Parvin's flagship London bridal wear boutique and through a collection of hand-picked retailers nationwide.
